2022 State Champion

This weekend our very own Princesstorm Woody won the U16 freestyle New Jersey State Championships. We predict great things for Princesstorm. This is our very first state champion.

The coach standing next to her, Dr. James Ware. Dr. Ware has partnered with Trenton Youth Wrestling to help coach Princess and help her get the wrestling opportunities she needs to further her career. Well done, Princess! Well done Dr. Ware!

Trenton Youth Wrestling is modelled on the idea of the scholar-athlete and the lifelong bonds hat are formed in wrestling. It's worth noting that Dr. Ware is a lifelong friend and colleague of TYW co-founder Dr. Mark McLaughlin. They were highh school wrestling partners at the Pingry school forty-two years ago!
